Trying to lose weight! Before the holidays come and food gets the beat of me lol! Any other moms with me? What things do you guys do to lose the weight and keep it off as best as you can ? Here’s a picture of me and my baby ! I want to be as healthy as possible for him .

So does breastfeeding really help you lose weight ? I mean REALLY really ? People keep saying you only lose weight if you eat right while doing it , others say the weight just falls off

summerbaby89 yes absolutely. the baby may feed more but its enough, god didnt create these boobies for nothing
summerbaby89 and eating right will obviously help but isnt necessary. like i said u will have less of
sierranichols for some women. i lost 20 lbs right after my son was born and was right back

Weight Gain

What week are you and how much weight have you gained so far?

babybump_user 36 weeks 14 pounds but seem to be gaining faster suddenly? Makes me nervous!! My poor skin.
