Trying to lose weight! Before the holidays come and food gets the beat of me lol! Any other moms with me? What things do you guys do to lose the weight and keep it off as best as you can ? Here’s a picture of me and my baby ! I want to be as healthy as possible for him .

Hey mamas!
Just sending positive vibes to all ! When your getting annoyed just put the baby down for a minute and walk away and breath .. i've had to do this a couple of times today don't worry we are not perfect
