Depends on the context. If my husband says it jokingly then it's fine, if he says it to hurt my feelings then I don't like it. Same with a friend. Just depends why they're saying it

With our friends it’s playful and doesn’t mean anything but with our partner it’s disrespectful. If you say it’s ok for him to call you a bitch while playing he’s going to think that it’s ok all the time and what he will say is you are ok with me calling you a bitch while playing why can’t I do it any other time
