Did anyone have trouble getting pregnant after getting their IUD out ? I've only had it in about 7…

It took me 7 months to get pregnant after I took my IUD out.

I had the Mirana for about 4 yrs before we started trying I had mine taken out in August and was prego by oct. and i ended up w identical twin boys. They don’t run on either side of our families and I believe that the iud had something to do w my egg splitting in half. But def best of luck also start taking prenatal vitamins while trying to conceive plus the more folic acid will help as well according to my obgyn back then and what at least a month after removal to have a normal period. I never had a period on the iud so I literally had one period and then bam I was I was knocked up. We could not believe how fast it took. Cuz my first son it took almost shy of 8 months to conceive and I did all those things the dr told me would help. Treat your body as if u are prego already. It always worked. But this new pregnancy I did known of those bc he was a total surprise we were so careful and my husband was def done w kids but I guess god had other plans. Best of luck to u guys 😁😘

@samantha.defuria oh that's awesome! I really hope I'm able to convince right away. We've set a time line on how we'd like the next 2 years to go lol but that's definitely depending on if I get pregnant right away ! Twins would be so special !

@jsco, they def are. I hope and pray for you , it’s gods will and when he’s really to give you want u will be blessed either way a singleton or twins. just be patient and make love everyday right before and during and even a few days after ovulation. Just don’t want to miss the mark. 🤗😘
