Ok lady's my babies doctors appointment is coming up but tell me what you think. At 3 days old my baby boy had the beginnings of an infection in his umbilical cord so the doctors put rubbing alcohol on it to dry it out. So day 5 it fell off but wasn't completely healed, I've been stressed out since it still hasn't healed completely and it keeps scabing but opens when he moves to much. Should I put neosporin on or around it till than?

Neosporin will make the scab moist and will cause it to open more. Dab some rubbing alcohol on it, nothing else.
