TMI but does anyone else get bad stomach pains when they have to 💩💩 after days of constipation?

Yessss! I’ve had this problem the whole time. It’ll wake me up out of my sleep. One time I couldn’t do anything but curl up and cry. I couldn’t even move. Sucks so bad.

Drink lots of water to help it pass, my ob said miralax works also to help it pass

Yes yes tmi it's like because you had no bowel it's stuck in there !! It feels horrible

@cb958805, @meg503, ugh it was horrible. now i haven’t felt baby move since and it’s freaking me out. I know i’m only 21+5 so baby kicks are still sparse but it’s still making me nervous
