Some people just react differently. Some people bleed constantly with Progesterone. When I had the arm implant I bled constantly but it’s estrogen. Mirena was awesome until I started getting cyst An it had to go.

I get really light bleeding for a couple days. Haven't had a real period yet tho

I was bleeding the day they put it in (gross I know) but it stopped after I left An I didn’t have no period until I got it out 2 years later

@cieracooper21, my typical cycle is heavy and 6 days long, with the Mirena is was medium and 4 days long
