I bought the red raspberry tea, i don’t like tea at all, is there any way to make it taste better, or maybe make it iced? Will that defeat the purpose??

I had tea that had red raspberry leaf in it and they said drink it hot or ice and it was a labor prep tea but I added honey to mine and it was really good
Add some honey. And you can drink it hot or iced! I tend to be able to chug it if its cold
Producing breast milk is so hard...i tried the mothers tea, i drink a lot of water and milk...I do have milk but barely make it to half bottle what else can i do???

So idk if this is a Mexican thing moms say but I heard it's not good to drink tea while pregnant and at my job I used to drink green tea with milk and sugar and I've been really wanting one so bad!!! Is this true? Supposedly some teas make you have a misscarage?
