Little man has these dots on his nose that his nose that kind of look like freckles, but they just appeared today. Any ideas??

@lesleyandjustinsimpson maybe, there has only been one chilly, windy day recently, and he was outside for about 5 minutes. His cheeks have been looking pretty agitated  since then, but the dots on his nose just came up today. It kinda looks like bruising.

Is he chapped from the wind? Maybe just put some carmex on it poor guy
