Anyone been told at scans that their placenta is low-lying and abutting OS. I've read that this happens to many women and it should move away as the uterus grows? I'm just wondering whether anyone has had any issues or any info. I've got another scan at 36 weeks to check.
Just can't help feeling worried xx
Thanks ladies! Feel a bit more at ease. I'm currently away in Portugal for a break with the hubby.. I'm sat here thinking do I go out in my swimming costume or not? Feel like a whale lol 😂 xx
I had it at my 20 week scan but when I went for a follow up scan it had moved xx most of the time it moves on its own so don't worry xx
@melmorton15 i think for them its just a normal occurance but for us its scary especially if you know nothing about it. Watch out for any bleeding even though it is unlikely.
Thank you for the reassuring advice/ when I was told it was in the reception area Infront of other moms to be and I felt very uncomfortable as I didn't know much about it. The woman said it without such compassion and went on about bleeding. I was petrified .
Glad you had a lovely healthy baba x
I did it lol.. I sort of waddled quickly in the pool before anyone had time to notice lol. 😂 xx
