Was at hospital yesterday to check baby as wasn’t moving as much but just having a sleepy day.... they said baby is engaged so it’s just s case of waiting on baby going down a tiny bit more.... any tips how to get baby to do this or bring on labour?

Also they checked my waters and said they haven’t went but could go anytime if baby moves down that little bit more
