It’s amazing how my own client motivated me to finish that workout 😆 I’ve been fighting a head cold for a few days now and was even thinking Of passing up the workout but then I received that encouraging text from client/friend showing me her NSV and her new jeans 🙌🏼 sooo I got to work after💪🏼 find your motivation, find your why and just get it done ❤️ have a wonderful Friday fellow moms!

@vanessagarcia, I’m currently doing 22 minutes hard corps from beachbody and I also do my own training 😊 for example today is my leg day so I’ll be doing circuit training of power squats, lunges, sumo squats, calf raises, leg raises and end it with an afternoon mile walk with ankle weights while pushing my lil one in the stroller
