@caityyy_lynnn yea my daughter has been wanting to come out since the beginning on Oct. I haven't had to do anything til three days ago. I started yoga ball and everything in Monday.
I’ve tried everything. I’m hoping they check to see if I’ve dilated any tomorrow but I walk, I try to have sex, like everything. I don’t have a yoga ball though.
@caityyy_lynnn I bounced on yoga for fun and put heating pad on my back and nipples.

Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾♀️
How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
Dilated to 8cm 😬
