I didn’t use anything special. I used the baby oil gel (the thick kind) I put it on every time I went to the restroom. Started as soon as I found out I was pregnant, I only got stretch marks in the last weeks and it’s only about 4-5 on my sides and they are tiny 🤷🏾♀️ but it could be genetic
I just used baby oil and various lotions and never scratched my stomach an I have zero stretch marks
I just used cocoa butter and cocoa butter massage oil. I didn't get stretch marks until the last month and that was underneath my belly button. You can hardly tell, though. Cocoa butter lotion and cocoa butter oil. That's my advice AND I'm not trying to sell you anything. 😄
@karennn, I have an app called Modern oils and it says what essential oils help with stretch marks and that and coconut oil have made mine almost completely disappear

@jhalsted1995, Same here. I got stretch marks because I was super skinny then gained out of no where before even getting pregnant. Both pregnancy and chubby stretchmarks cleared up with Natural coconut oil. Some times I’d melt it and warm it up a bit and rub it on for a while. It cleared a lot.
@karennn, same. That’s all I used. I have stretch marks from being chubby but with coconut oil I had none from being pregnant
I used Shea butter, and it worked wonders. I don’t have a single stretch mark on my stomach, but I didn’t think to put it on my legs and backside with my first, so that’s where my stretch marks are 😂😂😭

It is genetics. There are many different products out there that claim to help with stretch marks. Stretch marks are a breakdown in the fiber tissues and elastin in your skin though so these aren’t going to make a difference. Microneedling (collagen induction therapy) can help reduce the appearance of stretch marks by breaking up scar tissue and encouraging new collagen production. There have been studies on a specific active that have shown it to help as well- Crocus chrysanthus bulb. I believe the only company I’ve seen stating that they will be releasing a product using this ingredient is Roccoco out of Australia as it is a patented ingredient. Once that comes out I’ll stand behind that product since that company is incredible. Also new studies have showed that it is not safe to use cocoa butter on your stomach while pregnant due to it increasing baby’s heart rate.
I can't live without my kelp and collagen body fondant. I use it for stretch marks, diaper rashes, really dry skin...

I thought it was genetics too. I used bio oil at the beginning, coconut oil some & cocoa butter occasionally. Never got them.
I just used coco butter cream it helpd alot while making my skin softer
I bought this expensive cream and then I tried coconut oil and then got lazy and didn’t really put much. I didn’t get them. Ultimately I think it’s genetics?
