We have rights in the hospital right ? Like i been here for over 24 hours admitted since his fluids was low yesterday…

Yeah right aww man thats scary. Their holding me for another 24 hours hooking me up to more iVs keeping a monitor on his heart. Which his heart rate has been good. But yeah they usually check. Well i was taking asprin my pregnancy for the lupus. Yeah the prenatal care would be different for lupus patients. Just monitored more. @kaela3

I know someone that didn't even know they had lupus and they had a still born at full term..... do you guys just have to be watched closer? I just don't get how the girl I know didn't know she had it while she was pregnant cause they usually test you for stuff like that when your pregnant

@tholliswilliams oh my yeah same here well i just got the 2nd scan his fluids are still low smh. Which is all good im just over it. I found out 6 years ago my symptom back then was arthiritis and then last summer flare up of high blood pressure and low heart rate along with severe asthma and then last week and this week just asthma problems breathing. But hey thank u for talking me i felt so alone was crying and just felt lost.

@shreeah90 this was like 2 weeks ago so about the same as yours but the flare up wasn't that bad. I've learned how to basically manage everything it's been like a few years since I've found out

@tholliswilliams ok yeah i complained to the nurse she called maternal fetal medicine i called my primary and my ob apparently their saying its nothing anybody can do until maternal fetal medicine. How far along were u ? My nurse coordinator at the ob office did say it boils down to wheater if they feel comfortable keeping him in longer or thinking if he better out.

I'm usually shy and quiet though but I've noticed the docs only care about "their part" of the job which to them is primarily the baby although it's technically both of you guys

@shreeah90 my mom came up there and I basically showed out and started bothering every nurse or doctor that walked by and I got the right person

NO!!! I just talked to my primary not too long ago they did the test in August and it came back positive but she never told me. So i didnt know my ob didnt know. So yesterday here at the labor and delivery they tested and said u test positive for lupus so i was lost like thats what this is lupus flare up attacking my organs. Im just over this shit i cried all night cuz i wasnt ready i came in for a simple growth scan and nst and then this

Did they just find out about the lupus?

Ok my nurse just left she said she is calling the maternal fetal medicine to see when they can send me back down but my thing is like my primary my ob and my lung specialist is all affliated with the same hospital so why didnt anybody know or tell me i had lupus why am i just finding out. If shit was handled differently my baby would be fine i would have been getting proper care. So who manager do i speak to the maternal fetal medicine or labor and delivery cuz apparently its nothing labor and delivery can do but keep him on fetal monitor. They trying calm me with food like no calm me with some damn answers 😰
