I feel bad because once I go back to work in December & I’m not going to be able to keep breastfeeding it’s too time consuming and I’m still only pumping enough milk for 3 feedings at a time so I’m switching to formula next month.

But dnt feel bad tho. I introduced formula around 4-5 months simply because pumping enough for his appetite while working was super hard. He did great with the formula. I started with Enfamil Supplemental and switched to Enfamil Gentlease up until he was 1 year and 1 month.
Try mothers milk tea. My supply was TERRIBLE. I would drink two tea bags at a time (dnt forget the honey). It helped me a lot and I had a HUGE stash to start with when I went back to work.

My contractions are getting stronger I’m trying to time them but every time one starts I forget to go to the app lol if I try to do it by the clock I’ll completely forget 😂🤦🏽♀️ all I know is they aren’t bad enough to go to the hospital
