Has anyone experience bleeding in early pregnancy similar to period ?

When you have a second kid does the process kind of speed up? My first kid I really didn’t start feeling pregnant or gaining weight til about 7 months. I’m now weeks in with my second and I have a pudge and soreness that I didn’t have with my daughter until later on in my pregnancy 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩
