Any advice for managing oversupply? I pumped for 2 days twice a day so dad can feed him as well, but now I think I triggered an abnormal pattern and my breasts are engorged. I have no problem with stopping pumping, I just want to have them regulate and hopefully I since I can stop pumping early enouh, it won't be as hard to go back to normal. Thanks in advanced! 😊
You should slow down pumping unless your building a stash or missed a feeding. Your supply will eventually regulate to what baby needs
This is why most women are told to avoid pumping until after 6 weeks when the milk supply regulates. I've had oversupply twice and it can be hard to deal with. Just cut back on the pumping. If you pump twice a day, just go down to once for a few days and then go down to none. Don't stop all together immediately or you can end up with mastitis etc.
I was that way but take it as a blessing stopping can completely drop it
I had my daughter three days ago and I have been breastfeeding and pumping and now my boobs are so engorged and hard. They hurt! What can I do to stop the pain?
Good morning ladies. Sorry I been ignoring yall but I have been so miserable the past days I'M STILL PREGNANT my contractions would be strong for hours and it looked like I was gonna have a baby then everything just stopped so I got sent home. they said I have to wait till my appointment Wednesday so I can talk to my doctor about the next step. I HATE THIS 😢😢😩
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
can I refuse to have them stop my contractions?
One day and 13 hours untill I have my baby and I can see my feet 😂🙏🏼
