Alright mommas. I went to the drs today after having pressure turns out I was completely soft and 2-3 cms. I'm now having contractions and serve pressure in my butt and lower belly.. is this labor ? I never had contractions in my stomach with my first.. just my back. It feel like my muscles in the bottom of my stomach are being pulled and cut. ☹️

You have to time them when you feel them in your tummy before it's real labor. Doctor told me they will increase in intensity each time before it's the real thing.

Your tummy will get rock hard when your having a contraction

When you say completely soft does that mean 100 percent effaced because I was told the same but different dilation ?
