Does anyone have a clue what this could be from? The picture sucks but he has a bunch of these red patched all over his lower half that have like little welt looking things in the middle. This was about a half hour ago and they do look like they're fading but I'm comfused as to what it is. I was thinking allergic reaction but idk what to.

@beebaby no. He had a bath and that's when it showed up but there was nothing new used on him or in the bath and then he had another bath later that night at a different house and it showed up again in the same spots. He also has a bad diaper rash too so I'm not sure what's going on.
@beebaby nope. Everything has been the same. He did have a cheese burger made from home which he'd never had prior but he's had beef before. That's the only thing that's changed in the last 24 hours.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
