This may sound selfish or vain but I'm so scared if I'm going to show or not if anyone will be able to tell the difference... What if I just look fat the whole time and you can baley tell if there is a baby there or not.?

That's how I feel don't worry. I'm 28 weeks now and still look like I ate a big lunch. No real bump. Just look kinda chubby
Depending on your fitness level, you'll be able to tell how your bump might grow in! However that's not the only factor but I wouldn't worry about that, just eat as healthy as you can and stay active.
