Moms,
We'd love to know which baby detergent you use and what you think about it. Tell us why it was great, what the challenges were, why you'd totally buy it again, or why you'd return it. We want to hear it all so our moms can make informed decisions about what to buy for their babies!

We used Dreft at first. I am obsessed with the smell and it does a great job cleaning her clothes, even the ones with blowout's!
Clear and free All, Purex, or Arm & Hammer. We have sensitive skin through the family.
@nomli, same situation with us I've always liked it the best even for myself I don't have sensitive skin I just hate strong smelling detergent
I know for sure I don't like seventh generation faded my babies new clothes that have yet to even be worn . I only noticed it on the items that were black or red . I used dreft with my first born that was okay but not for stains. I've yet
To play around with any others so far. I do have babyganics in my closet I'll try that next .
used dreft for youngest who had eczema very bad. Dreft was the only 1 at the time that she didn't have any skin reactions to.
Pyrex baby and it smells so good, it hasn’t bothered my newborns skin
#momlifegear we use arm&hammer or tide sport both works wonders now BUT because he’s older now . Meaning when he was young we used ALL unscented everything etc etc bcuz he was extremely sensitive !
Granted I haven't had my baby yet, but we use dreft. It is expensive, but I only buy when I have a coupon and I have sensitive skin so I know our daughter probably will too. Also we have so many clothes that I won't have to really rewash anything for a while. We have at least a month worth in every size, so using dreft isn't a hassle price wise because of how many clothes we have. Not like I need to do laundry once a week. 😁
I use to use All but my baby had bumps all over. After we switch to dreft his skin is perfect now
I use a powder detergent from the company Norwex because it's chemical free and concentrated so I don't go through it quickly and it's good for my baby's sensitive skin!
I use tide and tide pods. I love them and they are we cheaper than dreft. But that's what I use. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Thanks and I hope this helps. 😊
All sensitive or dreft but my preference is dreft! The smell is great and it’s good on my daughter’s delicate skin!
Dreft made my son break out so I use tide free and clear
Purex baby is my favorite! I started with dreft but then found purex baby and it sells just like dreft, cleans just as good, and is half the price.
@mommywynn2017, that’s what we use too, All free and clear. We’d been using it for years and saw no reason to change when he was born.
We used dreft in the beginning with my first until we discovered that free and clear was just as safe. We made the switch and will use it for this little one.
I use ALL free and clear, it's actually not recommended to use Dreft due to the added strong scent and fabric softner in it that may cause irritation to delicate baby skin.
I love dreft, the smell and free of harsh chemicals. I use it for both my kids, wont use any other brand for their clothes
I buy dreft as well bc my son has have to used dove soap for sensitive skin and keep him from breaking out and itching
Luckily I haven't had any issues with my baby and regular detergent. Up until she was 6 months I used ALL sensitive. After that it's just been regular Tide.
I buy baby dreft or baby all because my son has sensitive skin and eczema. Those two detergent do well with his skin so I don’t have worry about him itching

I just got All Baby in my Amazon subscribe and save because it was cheaper and I've only used it a couple of times, but it seems to do a great job! Her clothes actually feel a lot softer, but the scent is a bit more subtle. However, for the price difference and the softness and overall cleaning quality I'm willing to compromise on the scent!
