@zachattackmomma, how is it expensive wise? We currently have two options to getting on our feet. Both family in Florida and some in upstate new York willing to help us out. We're just trying to weigh out our options at this point.

danniijohn It goes up and down so much but usually anywhere between $1.40 & $1.80 but yes very
momgroupreject $4.48 in Northern California. $3.91 at Costco.

@mamadukes, all depends on location. Check zillow for home prices, school districts and ask a realtor on cost of living. :)
