When should I worry about my son's diarrhea after getting his 18 month shots? He got them Thursday and today started having basically liquid in his diapers. Since about noon today, he's had 6 and 3 times it was alot...like leaking out of his diaper alot. Sorry for the visual lol

Be sure he doesn't have a fever and and he would need plenty of Pedialyte this should last for maybe 24 to 48 hours top

@gnelle okay, and if it goes longer than the 48 hours should I just call his doctor then? I don't ever remember him having diarrhea after any of his shots but he did get his flu shot which he got last year on this time but that was it.

@gnelle I just checked his temp because he felt warm and it's 101.5 😔

@scc2413 awe pooaww lil guy I hope he feels better again keep him hydrated and use Tylenol for the pain
