Well I think I might have post pardon depression. I've been crying every day since we've been home. Is their anything that helps? I'm calling my doctor Monday.

@emilysmom, hope so, know your far from alone. A lot of moms I think deal with this but don't state it out loud. I know I don't.

@emilysmom, just remember your actual state of mind in the depression times, everything is good, ( of course unless u know it's really not) your just going through something and it's temporary, it will pass.. u just need some time. I often curl up in a ball with a pillow on the couch, alone in silence and that helps.. plus it forces me to relax & sometimes I'll fall asleep n feel better when I wake up. It's like I'll want someone there for me, just to let me know I'm not alone but I don't want to talk at all, it's like I just blank. i have to pep talk myself very often.

Best advise I could give you is to pay close attention to yourself, u will learn the things that trigger the anxiety.. the depression I just "deal" with. I let my boyfriend know it's not him and I'm really happy and great but I just can't show it, it just takes control sometimes.. I've cried almost everyday of this pregnancy and he always assumes he's done something.. I'm like NOOOO I swear I'm just fucking retarded. It does get easier tho, having a man that understands and tried to support you through it definetley helps me through my days sometimes, sounds like u have that as well. I'm here if u ever wanna chat just message me. I feel for u for sure, it's not easy at all. HUGS 😊😊❤️❤️
Sorry to hear, I developed after my second boy, unfortunately it never went away.. he just turned 6 and I'm still learning new was to cope with myself.. I refuse medications, hope this 3rd boy won't make it worse.. if anything maybe reverse me back to normal lol
@bayou_donna his been amazing he just held me as I cried. Which made me cry more lol

@bayou_donna I admitted it yesterday to my boyfriend. I just cried and cried. He thinks its because of him. I told him most pregnant women get it after birth.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
