I need some advice from mommas who have dealt with the legal system in California. If my partner and I were to split and he took me to court how does that work? I know he would want joint custody, which is fine with me, but how would it work in the event of placing him in a school?
Ouuuchhh. Go date your mom then, fool. Well, cali is a 50/50 state. If he's little and breastfeeding they may not do 50 until later. Then when he's older you can always try and redo custody. If you look better on paper (being close to school, stability etc) you might be able to have him more
@kambam, I really hope he has him less days. 🤣 I'm just tired of us always fighting. I do everything so that he doesn't have to worry, but instead it's always something, "what did you do all day" "you haven't done shit" "why can't you be like my mom".
That sucks bad. But if he's with him half time (few days a week or every other etc) then you don't gotta worry about it for that time 😂
@kambam, Oh man. Ugh this sucks because it's between a 25-30 minute drive for both of us and an hour with traffic.
One of you will likely have to travel further or use buses. You can try to find a centrally located school to both of you but will be hard to find one in the district probably. So one will have to travel. Up to you guys really.
@kambam, What happens in the event we both live some distance?
You'd both have to live near the school and share that task, of course. If you go to your local family court they might be able to talk you through some things.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
This chick that works with my boyfriend really confessed her love to my man and then went into tears when he rejected her. (Mind you, he works in a kitchen and tells everyone about me and the fact that I’m pregnant and how excited he is to have a son.) Apparently she’s started to cause him problems at work and getting jealous when he talks other females, me included😂 Like this hoe really tried it😩😂🤪

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
Rant. I have a co worker (male) who is a little on the weird side, I used to speak to him normally, until two of my co workers told me that he would always ask for me whenever I was not working.. this completely creeped me out, so now I keep my conversations short/ distant .. he asked me once while we were both in the brake room why I was acting uncomfortable around him, but when he asked me this he said it with a creep smile as if he would find pleasure if I responded with "yes I'm uncomfortabl...
Creeped out!
A new guy at work just tickled the back of my neck! I cringed and told him "Don't ever touch me, that weirds me out!" On Monday he pulled my braid as I was grabbing parts for him, I also told him don't ever do that. Ugh. I don't feel comfortable working with him EVER! A coworker told me that when she walked past he said "what's cooking good looking". I feel he doesn't deserve to work here. I can't feel like I'm going to be harassed at work. Like who does that?? I'm so creeped ou...
