Does anyone deal with sciatic nerve pain? If so what do you do about it? I've had my whole pregnancy and sometimes It causes me not to put weight on my left leg lol

I got mine though my insurance but it looks like you can order them online through Walmart.

They make bands that help lift baby off of the nerve. They helped me sooo much!
