Oh and then get this. The father of this baby is a guy I dated for 6-7 months. Well I wasn't supposed to be able to get pregnant because he had been in a major accident where they had to do so many surgeries that the doctor told him he had a 0.01% chance of ever having kids. He actually tried for years with his ex wife. But my fertile myrtle ass got it. But you know it's still a blessing and I will love my daughter like I love all my children. Anyways, come to find out that ass hole was dating another woman while he was supposedly in love with me. The girl knew we were together but it didn't stop her. And I'm sorry I've dealt with two drug addict ex husbands that don't take care of their kids I'm not dealing with a cheater. Well when I dumped his ass after he cost me and my mother a lot of money and still has my damn brand new phone I bought him but had cut off when I dumped his ass. Anyways. He has not called, text, facebooked, emailed, nada to check on me or this baby. Neither have his parents. But unless that crazy chick is lying. He's still with her while he's whoring around with everyone else in every state he travels too. And trust me there are others. I've seen their faces, and read their messages.

@ashley1994, yeah that sucks. See my first husband was in prison when I met this idiot and he practically raised my older two. But then this one started screwing up and I left him Christmas Eve 2013. Because he took our kids Christmas money and blew it all. Then I had found that the money I had given him to pay our bills (rent and etc) he took that and blew it. So it was close to $5000 he spent. But even though I left because of that and because he was messing up so bad I was afraid he was going to cost me my kids which if I would've stayed he would have. But when I left I was pregnant with our son Holden. My youngest! And I still loved him so my stupid ass kept going back around him, trying to help him. Put him in a rehab, he comes out and screws up some more and the shit puts him in icu for weeks in a coma that the doctors kept him in. But anyways while I would drive to Florence every night after my mother got home and was able to keep the kids I would drive two hours to sit with him for two to three hours. And all the while his mama had this girl who is his now girlfriend up there during the day. Then I find out that his mama introduced them and ever since basically it's been a bunch of lying from their end. He's using her for a place to stay and money for his drugs. He called me a few weeks ago crying saying he loved me and going on and on about wanting me to fight for him and all this shit and yeah a big part of me still loves him and probably always will but I'm not getting back in that situation of him doing drugs around me and these kids and me having to take care of a grown ass man. His mama wants him to stay with that girl because then she doesn't have to take care of him and pay for his crap. The girl is still married to her husband but tells my daughter that Bradly his her kids daddy. Like wtf!!!! But she tells her husband she's tired of babysitting him and complains about him to her husband and the husband listens to it because he still really loves her but I'm like you've lost your damn mind. Oh and all the while his mama is supposed to be a big church going god woman as well as the chick he's with. But I'm sorry with all the sinning their doing they are far from it.

@kelliewilder57 gotcha, well you should be able to go after him in arrears then. This plus his other behaviors should help you in court when it all comes down to getting what you want though so stay strong! 😊

@mamaprince, I'm trying to figure something out but I have very serious trust issues with who my kids are around and I would have to find a sitter for 4 kids. Or send my older two to their dads mom and then find someone to watch the younger two. But there's not a lot of people that will give up their Saturday night. It'll be alright. I'm used to it. I wouldn't be so upset if he would of said something idk Monday or when I asked yesterday before I made plans thinking that jackass was getting the kids.

@bethann87, we are still in the process of being divorced. As soon as that's done he won't have a choice but to pay child support but him and his lawyer keep screwing up the papers and putting them off and not changing the things that have to be changed before I sign them. So he just keeps it up.

Why not go after child support?? If he can't be there to support the kids emotionally he should at least help you financially.
