What is some good yogurt to eat??this will be my first time eating Yogurt

I love the yogurt that has the twix or snickers or oreos in the top an you mix it in..soooo good!

@motherofthree87 Yeah I get that. I let mine sit for a little bit to soften the granola. I've read chia seeds are really good for you as well.

@ravens_mommy, I don't like none of it ..it's to hard for me ..and I got some regular fruit to put in it

@motherofthree87 What about granola don't you like? Maybe you would like a different flavor. Or you could put dried fruit in it, or even regular fruit.

I like plain vanilla yogurt and I put granola in it.

Try to get some with lower sugar content. I like oikos Greek yogurts. The ones I get only have 6 grams and they don't taste any different than the higher sugar ones.
