This might sound strange. But if you're having issues with your SO, try writing them a letter and letting them read it when you're not around. I wrote here a while ago about a survey I was doing for a marital therapy class and ended up trying it out myself. We've never had a calmer talk about a highly stressful situation than when I wrote the letter to him and let him read it without me around. We also bounced back from the post talk awkwardness almost immediately. Prior to that, we'd fight and scream and the awkwardness after would last longer than a day. I'm happy about that decision to leave the letter for him so I encourage other ladies to try it out!

I would have to do the texting thing that @mommaxbearx mentioned because my hubby can't see a handwritten letter and I can't write Braille @simmiebaby
I do that a lot or leave him a text to read when he wakes up :)

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
