Yesterday my bbyddy & i where drinking i stopped because i don't like getting drunk knowing i have my daughter so we argued & i told him im done im leaving taking my daughter he said try it u ain't taking her u can leave but not taking her i will take her away from u now im scared for him to ever do that ... that i don't want to leave him know i mean i love him but damm he really did hurt me w that !!!

You really have nothing to worry about. He can't take your baby if you ever decide to leave him.

Most states are mother states. Unless their is proof that you are unstable or your child is in danger he can't take her. And unless he has some type of custody through the court. In most states mother is automatically granted custody if you were to leave and he would have to fight to get it.
If you are stable and they have no proof of you being a bad parent then that wouldn't happen.
Yea my SO has said that too. I can't picture myself leaving him now, but we definitely had a rough patch after jr was born. He was like try and leave with my son. Now I'm scared that if I ever did want to leave he would make it extremely difficult for me :( his mom would be the same way! They both would work together to totally fuck me and I know it.
If y'all don't have a court agreement then both of you can just take the children and not let the other see them, but with a court agreement he can't do that, and you can't do that. He can't take full custody unless they prove you are an unfit parent or can't financially support them. Just get a court agreement that y'all both have visitation rights, and then it'll be illegal for him to do that, and you can call the cops if he does. It'll be kidnap at that point.
