Ok so my husband rarely goes to the kids events(sports, field trips, ect) well today he went to his first soccer game and O..M..G....i had to leave because he was yelling so loud he gave me a migraine. I was so happy he was going and that very quickly turned into embarrassment. He has a very deep voice to begin with but he's never acted like that at any other sport events he managed to go to. I was shocked. He kept apologizing to everyone around us and they all acted like it was no big deal. I've seen dad's get quieted down plenty of times but today everyone seemed to encourage it. I don't know if I should ask him to go again or not. That seemed crazy to me. Am I wrong?

Yelling as in excitement or in anger? Lol. It may be embarrassing but he could be one of those dads that's always on his phone and not really paying attention:/.

Um....i don't know if I'd call it angry but it wasn't exciting. We were getting our butts handed to us so he was screaming instructions(get the ball, go down the field, take it from them) things of that nature. I'm trying to stay positive just for the fact he was there and being active and I told him that I'd rather see him there and playing a part, I just cant take the yelling. I feel like that's more distracting to everyone than it is helpful. And he seemed proud of the attention he was getting and I HATE that.

@xchas, omg. That sounds terrible. I'm not there yet. My husband has a very loud voice too. Maybe he's just gunna be one of those dads that gets WAYYYY into the game. My BIL is like that.
