Okay so I'm wanting to try this hairstyle with some weave just to try new things out and to experience it, and I don't want people to look at me or think I'm trying to be "Black" ... I know I am white I just love the hairstyle. I am married to a black man with a beautiful mixed daughter I just wear my emotions on my sleeve and want to be treated equally just like it should be God made us in his image and I'm tired of all the hate and negativity 😕😕 does any of you incredible black women and incredible white women think I would look good with this?

If you want to braid your hair then do that any ignore what people think. Braids arent for black people, weave isnt for black people. I know white girls with a head full of hair and wear wigs. It is what you want to do with your hair. I know black women with a head full of hair and everyone thinks its weave. Oh well. Fuck em.

Girl go for it, I seen a white older women with rainbow braids and I loved it but it so many people that had negative comments. An was mad as hell she know how braided but it was other empowering women that wanted her to do there hair or teach them how to braid. You do what every make you comfortable honey.
