Had my 2nd baby 2 months ago. Which is awesome of course but I've had a huge lack of energy. I've had several issues with my healing as far as the incision goes. It finally is healed now. Any input on how to naturally & in a healthy way boost my energy. Finally got ok from doc that i can start exercising. Which im sure that will help with the energy but is there any foods as well that are healthy that would do that too. I know certain fruits produce sugar in your body. So i want to be very careful with how i decide to diet.

@jayme no problem! Pasta helps with energy too but be aware of portion size and how much you consume cause you can eat healthy and still put on weight if you eat too much. Are you breastfeeding?

Fruits, veggies, protein, foods with iron, rest, and start with light exercise.
