Had my 2nd baby 2 months ago. Which is awesome of course but I've had a huge lack of energy. I've had several issues with my healing as far as the incision goes. It finally is healed now. Any input on how to naturally & in a healthy way boost my energy. Finally got ok from doc that i can start exercising. Which im sure that will help with the energy but is there any foods as well that are healthy that would do that too. I know certain fruits produce sugar in your body. So i want to be very careful with how i decide to diet.
