I've been having really bad lower back pains. Sometimes radiating towards my left butt cheek 😭 idk how to relieve the pain.. I can't lay down or anything.
Side note. Figured out a name if its a boy 😊 Haven't had any ideas for girl names tho. I wanted something starting with an R or an M..

I had the same thing my entire pregnancy with my son. I had force myself to lay down and sleep on my back with a pillow under my knees
