Help! I can't stop snacking. Like I'll eat three or four mint cookies every hour as I do house work. I feel like I need something tasty and junky to keep me motivated and enjoy cleaning instead of quitting or grumbling through. But I see the weight coming on, any suggestions?
@amommy oh well chew gum ? Lol or drink plenty of water so your belly is full
@nitarose070793 Lol actually my original post wasnt asking for alternative foods. It was about getting off of this snacking thing completely
I know I know but for now I need a quick fix, getting my unhealthy habits and cravings under control is a whole other challenge
@amommy lol. It's also about portions. Like you can start walking or dancing more when you clean or other stuff.
@nitarose070793 thanks for the chocolate and soy idea, made me think of pudding - lo and behold ссылка
Oh and can't have peanuts and tree nuts in my house because of both kids' food allergies. Which makes it hard to find a good cheap bag of chips that doesn't use sunflower oil.
@nitarose070793 @skyy12221 Thanks for the fruit suggestion guys. I'd need something like fruit and cheese or fruit salad too make that work but I'm avoiding dairy and it's hard to find satisfying healthy sweet snacks with no dairy.
What's something healthy and sweet you like? Like grapes, strawberries, pineapple, or try a protein or granola bar. Or maybe say once I get something done I can reward myself afterwards not before.
Do you take your prenatals??
I mean like everyday? I'll be the first to admit.. I take them like once every blue moon. I'm trying to get better at it though. I forget easily, plus I don't like being constipated!
Will your Mom be in the delivery room?
My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
So much negativity
I feel like there's so many negative comments on here...

Overall whats everyones thoughts on this. Me personally I dont mind lgbt .but to teach it I feel like is a waste . I can teach my own children that if they ask or even wanna know
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Oh ok, gotcha. You can look on Pinterest for foods to avoid allergies.
