Recommendations?
I'm currently pregnant I get very bad headaches and I'm scared to take Tylenol although doctors approve I was just wondering if any of you had any recommendations on what helped you with headaches during pregnancy

Laying down only makes it worse.. weird. How long have you had your headaches?
Having headaches now and sleep is the only thing helping
My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.
If anyone is trying to get any tattoos done on them, I really recommend you not to especially if you are pregnant. You can seriously HARM the child!

I will not be using johnson & johnson products. So any recommended baby powders for baby ? And any other body wash & shampoo you guys recommend?
Lot more water. And some tea you can get at like rite aid. Theraflu that says about headaches, helped me. Only drank 3 days in a row at night to sleep.
