When you gained 40 lbs so far but you still can feel yourself. 5 weeks to go and 3 til they cut my cerclage!
@uhavemyheart2000 yes, pelvic rest is a major part of keeping things going smoothly
@simmiebaby, not to pry and I hope I'm not. But I've been on pelvic rest because my Dr didn't want us to blame ourselves if anything should have happened to baby. So of course after Cerclage we were told nothing in vagina until after follow up. Question: were u on pelvic rest your whole pregnancy?🤔😒??
Like I said to take a lot of the pressure off of cervix
I definitely do, especially since they didn't put me in bed rest. But as soon as I get home after work I shower and get straight in bed 😉😉
Ok so maybe that's what they are going to do then @simmiebaby, otherwise I feel pretty good no bleeding or pulling inside thank God. I know that would definitely be uncomfortable
@uhavemyheart2000 thanks a bunch! I've never had them check my cervix honestly since I got the cerclage. They didn't want to do anything hat invasive as it can irritate the stitch and accidentally pull..so they just relied on me monitoring symptoms. You'll be able to tell the stitch is still in place if you aren't bleeding or feeling it pull inside, which is pretty distinguishable. They can check your amniotic fluid levels though to make sure your water is okay. Just lay down as much as you can and try not to be vertical. It'll take a lot of pressure off of the stitch
Agreed you look awesome!!! So excited for u and can't wait until it's my turn. Had my cerclage done a lil less than two weeks ago. Well Friday will be two weeks exactly but I go tomorrow for my follow up. How's that go? Just put hand or speculum in there to make sure it's still closed and thread is still in place??? Thanks
What would you do with $25,000
If you received an extra $25,000. What would you do with it? ?
