How do you know if you have thrush? I know it says if there is sharp pains in the breast after feeding and all. Plus baby girl has no symptoms for it, just me. My boobs hurt so very much!! :'-(

Baby would have it too. Thick white all over cheeks mostly and gums/tongue.

@raisingabi nope. No fever or anything. I just get these sharp pains in my boobs. And it's not all the time either.
