Ladies I need to vent so for the past few days my daughter and I have not been getting along. She has been staying with me cause she also sometimes goes to her dad or grandparents, but lately she has been so disrespectful towards me and saying she doesn't want to live with me she doesn't like to share a room and how she doesn't like that she doesn't have her own room and privacy and I'm sorry but she needs to learn to be humble her dad also said that. She had her own room at her dads and grandparents house but they also let her do whatever she wants and they give her whatever she wants and I'm not like that. Today she told me she can't live like this cause she is independent and I told her you know when your 18 you could do whatever you want but your only 14 years old and staying with me and I also told her I can't believe your my daughter talking very disrespectful to me. Last night I punished her because I told her to be home by 6pm and she didn't get home till 11:30pm and so I called her and yelled at her and she told me don't come at me like that mom all rude if you want respect you also have to show me respect and I told her I don't owe you anything while your staying with me you go by my rules. I talked to her dad today and he said it's the way that I talk to her hays why she acts like that and I'm sorry but no I'm not going to let her get her way or tell me what time she is going to be home because that's what she was doing with her grandparents so now she is thinking she could do it here. Sorry I just needed to vent. I feel like I'm failing
