@quinndennis I mean it could all depend on you OB, and it could be worth calling and asking. But a lot of them say not to use during pregnancy or ask first. I wanted to use mineral ice, but it's basically the same thing or does the same thing. However with the menthol in it and stuff, it's probably best not to, but totally up to you!

Ask your doctor! And your bath isn't supposed to raise your core temperature. My baths don't go above 100 degrees F.
I use my heating pad in 20-30 minutes intervals. I take hot showers tho. That might help with your pain

Depends where. Def not on your stomach and not for long time. Every doc is different with their opinions.

Maybe you can use KT tape its kind of like icy hot but a lot better for you its all that we were allowed to use in cheer and it saved me.

You can get a hearing pad instead. Use it in 10 minute intervals.

No! And they dont recommend hot baths either... my doc told me not to but I also had high blood pressure so not too sure but research it to confirm 😊
