Any ideas ladies? Charlie was really sleepy by 5 (put it down to a bad night) but he's coughing in his sleep and I can only describe it as sounding like a seal barking? Any ideas what it could be?

@chesscalouise2, yeah my first thought but I don't think so. It's a very distinctive sound, I've never heard it before in my life. Just done some googling, seems it could be something called croup :s x

Never Google! Lol Keep an eye on his breathing/ if he sounds wheezy etc. Make an app if your concerned. I took Max about a month ago. Wasn't anything too bad but she gave him an inhaler which helped.

@sara-lou86, I'm terrible for googling haha. It's just such a weird sound. Gonna give it a few hours to see how he gets on. He's had no luck this last couple months! 😞 @genieh, so what actually is croup? I've never heard of it before only through google but it sounds exactly like what he has- it says home treatment is the best option? X
