Does anyone know how to deal with anxiety while prego? I used to drink chamomile tea, but everyone says that it's unsafe... I have a high stress job.
Yea, I def need to do yoga again. And hit the gym. I've been trying not to strain myself too much since I had a miscarriage in Jan. But I'm so more anxious now cause I sit all day long. Thanks ladies!
Any form of exercise that really gets your heart pumping hard and fast and blood flowing faster. I forget the science behind it but it's proven to reduce stress!
Chamomile tea is fine, I have drunk it every night through 4 pregnancies and I have perfectly healthy children. I don't know why it's suddenly been put on the bad list but there doesn't seem to be any true medical basis for it and my midwife and ob said it's fine.
