I got my Mirena placed this past Monday and experienced cramping shortly after which was expected well now if I move around a lot like cooking, cleaning,etc. I start cramping extremely bad....is this normal?

anyone else get on depo & have light periods & cramp REALLY bad? i'm getting cramps like i would when i was pregnant, but i seriously doubt i am... i've never cramped this bad before...
I am cramping so bad, it's like period cramps times 10!!!! I wanna cry. what's happening
So I thought I was starting my period. I woke up this morning with tiny cramps nothing major. I then had to use the bathroom and I was spotting. It has since went away and I hope it stay away. My last period was Dec. 28 and I should've came on Jan. 25th but nothing.
