So I workout inside of the house but I'm trying to work on my back and love handles anyone know some good techniques?

I do but they are hard to explain, the best way I got rid of mine were from doing Jillian Michaels "killer abs" workout DVD, it's 30 minuets a day for 3 weeks, that or her other DVD "ripped in 30" is an entire body workout but my love handles when I was younger just fell off from doing that.
