Ok, you can get pregnant by precum if the 2 of you do the deed and he ejaculates but pulls out in time. then take a break and do it again shortly after if he doesn't flush himself out by peeing in between the act. From the first ejaculation some sperm will stay in his urethra then can get flushed out by precum during the second round. As long as he pees in between there will be no sperm in the precum.

If you research the studies it shows pre cum does NOT have any living sperm.

The reason the pull out method can fail is one or two reasons " the male does not pull out at all or fast enough" therefore risking some semon to enter.
