She's still so young so I wouldn't use orajel. Freeze a wet wash cloth and see if she will chew it while you would it for her if not then just rub it on her gums

My pediatrician recommended not using baby orajel due to numbing the entire mouth. Try a cool teether or a damp washcloth, and give her baby ibuprofin when needed.
