I've been getting these massive headaches and migraines but I'm not sure on what I can take?!
I haven't seen an OB yet since I just switched jobs so no insurance just yet. But I'm going to sign up for Medi-cal today...
What have you ladies taken when you get headaches?!

Tylenol
Cold compress on my eyes
Warm one on my neck/shoulders
Reduce noise and light if possible
Eat, water
I get crippling migraines where I end up in the ER, while preggo the above is what I do as soon as I feel any pain
Tylenol and if it's a really bad migraine I'll drink a Coke. The caffeine always helps me, I used to drink a monster when I got migraines but that had to stop since it's bad for baby.
The only thing that is said to be safe is Tylenol. I've taken it throughout my whole pregnancy for the same reasons, terrible migraines.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
