I'm so sad that we are done breastfeeding :/ i hate having to dry up too! It hurts 😩 any tips?!

Huh. I guess I was lucky. Or my son weened the perfect way for my boobs haha I literally didn't feel a thing. I just kept producing less and less and then it stopped when he stopped. What does it feel like for you? I'm just curious! Maybe you can simulate more of a "ween" if your babe just stopped all of a sudden?

I've heard of the cabbage leaf trick. (Basically something cool on your breasts) I've had friends go through it, and said it works.

Haven't gone through it yet but a tip I got from a friend is pump just enough it doesn't hurt then let it be till it hurts again then pump just a tiny amount again. And it will tell you body I only need this much then it's easier. ( obviously I have no experience with this)
