Done! I'm pooped. I haven't done this workout (fully) in forever! But I found myself doing something that I normally don't do drinking water during a workout! I just had to my mouth was dry and I just needed precious liquid in my mouth!
Don't get me wrong I get thirsty during workouts, but I hate to drink during them! I hate going down for a burpee and having your tummy go, slish slosh glug glug lol (because of course, that's what you tummy does when it's full of water! I also hate feeling bloated and jumping :p
I've been asked why no one ever sees we drinking water on camera and that is why! I may have a sip here or there but I can't do the main H2O till the workout is done, over finito!
